How long will my order take to arrive?
UK delivery typically takes 8–10 working days. As all products are made to order, please allow extra time during busy periods.
For international orders, delivery may take up to 20 working days depending on the destination and local postal services. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Are international taxes included?
No, international customs duties or import taxes are not included in the purchase price. Depending on your country’s import regulations, you may be required to pay these charges when your order arrives. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees or their processing times.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
If we deliver the wrong item, or your purchase arrives damaged or faulty within this period, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason, including sizing or change of mind, as all products are made to order.
